RETURN POLICY

Item(s) purchased at Linea Negra, both at the shop and online, can be returned for exchange only as long as all the below criteria and conditions are met.  We apologize in advance for not being able to offer a refund or a store credit.


Exchange Criteria:

Item(s) must not have been washed, perfumed, worn and/or altered and must be returned in the same new condition as when delivered to you, with all the original packaging and product tags attached.

The following item(s) are not eligible for exchange and sales are deemed final upon payment:
  • Sale and promotional items
  • Gift Certificates
  • Hosiery and Underwear
  • Skincare Products

Exchange Conditions:

For purchases made at the store in person, items must be returned to the shop within 7 days.

For online purchases, a Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany the return.  The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receipt of merchandize, via email to concierge@lineanegra.com.hk.  The item(s) then have to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the RA number.  Domestic customers in Hong Kong have the option of shipping the return item(s) or returning them in person to a Linea Negra shop.  We will not handle requests for exchanges outside of the stipulated days and/or without the RA number. If we do not receive the return item(s) within 7 days of the date the RA# was given, the exchange and the RA# will become void.

Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size or style, depending on availability.

Qualifying items can be exchanged ONCE only per order regardless of the number of pieces purchased.

Item(s) exchanged have to be at least of the same value as the returned items.

If your exchanged items are of a higher value than the return item(s), we will invoice you the difference and we will dispatch the goods to you upon your full payment of the difference plus the shipping charge.


Exchange Procedure:

The email exchange request must contain the below information:
  • Order Number
  • Product Codes and Description of the item(s) to be exchanged
  • Reason(s) for the exchange
  • Item(s) you want to exchange with
Please repack the return item(s) neatly and mark the RA number on the package.  Without the RA number in sight on the package, return parcels will not be accepted. To expedite the exchange request, please pack our provision of RA# email into the box.  We will not handle exchanges that we were not notified of.


Shipping Charges on Return item(s) and Re-Shipment of Exchanged Items

We are not responsible for any loss, misdirected, damaged and stolen packages, so please insure your return goods and get a tracking number for security.  All shipping charges on the return merchandise must be prepaid by you.  We do not accept returns with COD shipping.

We do not refund shipping charges on return item(s). You will need to bear the shipping charges (including any duties, taxes and/or custom charges for international shipments) on both the return and re-shipment deliveries.

Linea Negra Maternity reserves the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet any of the above criteria and conditions.  In the event of a dispute, Linea Negra Maternity's decision is final and conclusive.

Linea Negra Maternity reserves the right to vary and amend the terms and conditions of this policy at any time without prior notice.  We recommend that you consult this page at the time of each purchase so that you are aware of our updated policies.
