Shipping is FREE Worldwide upon a purchase of HKD 2,000 or its foreign currency equivalent.

For purchases below this amount, the following FLAT shipping fees apply:
Hong Kong: HKD 50
Macau: HKD 80
Mainland China: HKD 100
Rest of the World: HKD 150

Expected Delivery Date

In general, delivery time is dependent on the shipping location. Deliveries can be delayed due to variables out of our control, like tropical typhoons, customs and/or duty regulations, holiday seasons like Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc.

For some countries, customs may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, so they could take up to 4 weeks to get delivered.

We will provide you with a tracking number along with a link to the carrier's Track & Trace page, so you will have access to the most updated expected delivery date.

Below are approximate delivery times after payment is received plus 1-2 days of picking and packing of items by warehouse:
Hong Kong: 1 - 3 business days
Macau: 2 - 4 business days
Mainland China: 3 - 10 business days
South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK and the US: 5 - 12 business days
Other Countries: 5 - 14 business days

Shipping Guidelines  

All shipments will be marked as "merchandise" with the recorded value equivalent to your paid amount.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The risk of loss transfers to you at the time we deliver your items to the carrier.

All shipments are shipped out to you via transportation companies like S.F. Express, and thus signature confirmation is required upon delivery.

You are responsible for payment of your local import duties, levies, taxes, customs charges, etc. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

When ordering from us, you are the importer and must comply with all Import laws and regulations of the destination country.

If goods are returned to us due to customer's refusal to pay local taxes and/or any other local charges, not preparing the required import declarations, incorrect addresses, numerous failed delivery attempts,etc., the customer will be responsible for all the shipping charges to redirect the undeliverable items back to us and to resend the items back to the customer again.
